Cory Mehau—COO, Lomilomi practitioner
Cory is a child of Kailua. Born in Hilo, his family moved to Oahu and ultimately Kailua when he was six. Upon graduation from Kamehameha, he journeyed to California for college. He spent a total of ten years on the mainland, California- North Carolina- Connecticut, before returning home.

He has seen the transition from sleepy, rural community to thriving, bustling, mini-metropolis. Despite this primal stirring, Cory holds fast to the belief that the essence of “his” Kailua still exists and is determined to be a contributor to the renaissance of it. His most recent foray is the collaboration with his wife Jennifer in the creation of Honu You Hawaiian Spa.

Active in athletics his entire life (most recently as a member of Lanikai Canoe Club as a paddler and coach), Cory brings the same enthusiasm and energy to the Honu You Hawaiian Spa experience. Whether easing a body of tensions using traditional Hawaiian massage techniques (Lomilomi) or assisting visitors and clients with questions about products and treatments, Cory loves what he is doing and prays that it is mutual.
